OUR STORY
Crossroads Restaurant Group (CRG) was founded by David and Christie Burnett along with Brent and Kathy Gabriel, each who bring decades of combined experience to the restaurant industry. In 2009 the group opened their flagship restaurant, Oswego Grill, in Lake Oswego, Oregon. From opening day, Oswego Grill has been characterized by a commitment to providing "Upscale Elegance at a Casual Price" and has gone on to expand to several locations across Oregon.
Expanding their footprint, CRG has successfully introduced additional locations and innovative concepts such as Copper River Restaurant and Bar in Oregon and Hop Social Grill in Chandler, Arizona at Chandler Fashion Center. Throughout the growth of Crossroads Restaurant Group ownership has unwaveringly upheld their dedication to providing an excellent all-around dining experience for their guests.
Hop Social Grill features over 52 local craft beers on tap, while utilizing the finest ingredients that Arizona has to offer in all of CRG’s beloved scratch made recipes. The design for Hop Social Grill drew inspiration from all of the places discovered in travels that exude a feeling of comfort. From the golden hues in the reclaimed wood in the dining room, to the made-in-America solid wood tables, to the hand-made ceramic tiles, the material palette was selected to speak directly to our senses.
The same meticulous care and craft found in Hop Social’s culinary selections can be found throughout the establishment. From a variety of seating options, to friendly staff, our goal is to be your go-to destination whether you’re seeking a happy hour or to enjoy a family dinner. The energy inside Hop Social Grill is fueled by our guests and that is reflected in our service philosophy: "The answer is yes! What's the question?"
